"I have always praised the performance of my Oreck vacuum cleaner ever since I bought it (so many years ago, I have forgotten how long) and your staff in Devon are really efficient and helpful when I have phoned for spare parts or bags etc. I recently returned it to you for a Gold Service repair and overhaul and am delighted with the work which was carried out; it is as new and working as well as the day I bought it.
