"Oreck are the BEST.

Owned one 10 years ago and tried 2 makes of Dyson, but have not been satisfied...on a recent visit with my sister I tried the lightweight XL10 and was so impressed with the 'self propelled' action, its lightnes, and pick up. Ordered direct straight away. Hopefully this will be my last purchase of a vacuum."

"I had my original Oreck vacuum many, many years ago and it withstood quite hard wear and tear. It was lightweight and easy to use. Comments were often made about the reliable suction power compared with other well known products. It was not only a quality vacuum, but had neat, design and appearance too. I would recommend Oreck to anyone. It offers value for money. I'm quite certain my new vacuum will outlive me!"
