Oreck Upright Servicing

Oreck servicing allows our customers to keep their machine in tiptop condition once it is out of warranty. The service will bring the machine back to near new condition and provides a full years peace of mind warranty.

Generally speaking a service will take about 7 working days but this does depend on the type of service required for each individual case.

Our 'Full Upright Service' is undertaken by Oreck engineers in our own workshop and includes:

• Detailed safety inspection and functional testing as well as an assessment of all the components
• Complete mechanical and electrical overhaul
• Thorough cleaning of all working parts
• Replacement parts: New inner bag, new corner brushes to improve edge cleaning, replacement drive belt to ensure continued pick up and suction, new roller brush to improve dirt removal and restore carpets.
• Refurbished outer bag to restore maximum filtration efficiency.
• New motor to power your new roller brush, giving closer contact with all surfaces that will result in better pick up.
• FREE collection and delivery

To arrange a service for your Oreck upright, please telephone an adviser on our Freephone number. You will be advised of the cost of the service according to which model you own. Applies to all models excluding 9000 series. Payment is taken immediately by debit/credit card, cheques should not be sent. Should any further work, outside the service promise, be required then you will be contacted prior to any additional work being undertaken.

For 9000 series models, please call an advisor to arrange a collection for your machine whereby upon inspection a quote for servicing costs will be provided.

DIY Service Kits

Over time, and to keep your Oreck in tip-top condition, we recommend that you replace some of the consumable items of your Oreck. We recommend that you change the motor belt every 6 months. Brushes should be replaced if they become worn.

NB: These parts can be fitted in the home but please ensure the machine is unplugged.

• All 9000 series and Type 1-6* of the following: 2205RH, 2605HH, 2705HH, 2325RH, 2545RH, 2455RH, 2555RH, 2565RH, 2635RH, 2005RH & HH, 3505HH, 3605HH
